Registration will begin in January. Fees: $95 if registered by May 1
$135 if registered after May 1 Keynote session: $35

Payment is by check, cash, or credit card. PURCHASE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
For participants who pre-register, materials wil be mailed to you in late June. Your name badge is your ticket of admittance to the conference – you must bring it with you.

Cancellation Policy
