We will provide a link soon for a map of the Gaylord Texan Convention Center in Grapevine, TX .

All rooms will be set with a computer projector, an ELMO, a power strip, and a screen. Rooms for 80 and above will also have a lapel mike. Computers will not be provided. Graphing calculators must be requested by speakers through Texas Instruments.

A room list with capacity and style for each meeting room will be provided soon.
