2011 Hotel Prices
All hotel reservations must be made through the hotel to receive the conference rate. Room rates are subject to state, local, and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of the event. Presently, such taxes total 12% per room, per night. Taxes are subject to change without notice. Tax exempt forms from the district must be presented at the time of check in to have the state sales tax excluded.
