On-line registration for the conference (July 15-17) the Preconference (July 13-14) and the Administrators' Conference (July 13-14) is open online at cVent until June 30 for credit card payments only (no checks or purchase orders).
Registration for the confrence only will be open on site beginning Tuesday, July 14 at the George R. Brown. See sidebar for times.
This registration form (docx) is to be used for on-site registration only. Do NOT mail the form to the CAMT office. Bring the form, along with payment, to the conference.
Early registration was from Feb 1 until April 15 and must have been paid by May 15. Late registration was from April 16 until May 30. Payments may be paid with a credit card, purchase order, or check.
The room reservation check or money room deposit needs to be made payable to GHCVB c/o Housing.
Checks should be made out to CAMT and mailed to:

Purchase orders and/or checks should show for whom the payment is being made.

Participants
Early Bird Registration is $85.
Late Registration is $125.
You may register online until May 30.
On-Site Registration is $125.
Preconference
Early registration is $150
Late registration is $200 and must be done by contacting the CAMT office.
Administrators' Conference
July 13-14 at the George R. Brown Convention Center
Early registration is $300
Late registration is $350 and must be done by contacting the CAMT office.
Keynote Session
July 16 at the George R. Brown Convention Center Ballroom A
registration is $35.
There will not be reduced fees for students, pre-service teachers, guests, or family members.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel prior to May 15, 2009, half the registration fee will be returned. No refunds will be returned after May 15. Registration can be transferred to another participant at no charge. click here for more information
