Exhibitors Registration

The 58th annual Conference for the Advancement of Mathematics Teaching (CAMT) will be held in Grapevine, Texas on July 18-20, 2011, at the Gaylord Texan. Exhibits will be held in Exhibit Halls D and E. Registration for exhibitors is open through a link on our website on cVent Online Registration from August 15 – October 1.

In agreeing to exhibit, you and your employees will be expected to abide by the enclosed guidelines. The guidelines have been revised; please make sure that you read them. Exhibitors whose booths are vacated or dismantled in any way before 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday will not be allowed to exhibit next year.

All exhibiting companies must submit a tax form (doc) to the CAMT office before their booth is assigned.

The exhibit times will be as follows:

Monday, July 18 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, July 19 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 20 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m

Space will be assigned in order of receipt of the correct fee. Please state your first, second and third choices of booth locations. Also, please make note if you’re planning to use electrical equipment in your exhibit space.

General Information

Exhibit booths will be constructed of sturdy tubing, 8’ tall flameproof back drapes and 3’ tall flameproof side dividers; be fully carpeted, and each 10x10 will be furnished with one 6’ foot skirted table, two chairs and a 7” x 44” identification sign.

After booth assignments are made in May 2011, you will receive by email an exhibitor service kit from Freeman Decorating that will include order forms for shipping, furniture, electrical equipment, etc. You will need to set up your booth on Sunday, July 17th, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
