How do I register/pay for a group?

On-site Registration: Register at CAMT with a check, credit card, cash, or money order. Checks should be made out to CAMT. One check may be written for multiple registrations. Payment may be made with a credit card (Master Card, VISA, American Express, or Discover Card). Purchase Orders are not accepted.  Further questions about registration may be sent to: office@camtonline.org.


Is there a hard copy of the registration form?

You may download a copy of the registration form from the CAMT website and mail it in.  It must be postmarked by May 28.  Late forms will not be accepted.

How is payment handled?

Online payment can only be made with a credit card(Master Card, VISA, Aerican Express, or Discover Card).

Mail-In Registration may only be paid with a check. Checks should be made out to CAMT.

On-Site Registration may be made with a credit card, cash, check, or money order.

CAMT does not accept purchase orders.

How are transfers of registration made?

Registration may be officially transferred to another participant if completed by June 15. Email a copy of the attached form to Debbie at the CAMT Registration Office office@camtonline.org.

After June 15, a participant must go to the badge pickup area at CAMT and pick up the original teacher’s name badge. They may use the original name badge as is, or take it to the Transfers kiosk in Registration to get a new badge.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?

Hotel reservation changes may be made by contacting the Housing Bureau directly at housing@fortworth.com.

CAMT cannot make changes to hotel reservations.

When will I get my name tag, program book and badge holder?

The name tag, program book & supplement, and your badge holder will be available for pick up on the first floor of the Fort Worth Convention Center beginning Sunday, July 9th at 2:00 p.m. and during regulard registration hours on Monday-Wednesday.

The program information will be available online after June 2.

May I bring my children?

Because of the size and nature of CAMT, this conference is not an appropriate setting for children. Your hotel concierge will be able to provide recommendations for childcare services while you are attending the conference. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Children (including nursing babies) will not be allowed in sessions or the exhibit hall.
