Registration

How Do I Register?

 

  • Advance registration for participants will open February 1, 2012.
  • The early–bird registration fee is $95 if paid by May 15.
  • After May 15, registration will cost $145 and must be done at the conference.
  • The Keynote session is an additional $40.


On-site registration will be open at the conference from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 7:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. on Friday.

Payment is by check, cash, or credit card. PURCHASE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

For participants who pre-register, materials will be mailed to you in late June. Your name badge is your ticket of admittance to the conference – you must bring it with you.

Keynote Session : Debbie Silver

Be a Teacher – Be a Hero 
In this presentation, Debbie Silver utilizes humor and sensitivity to remind audiences of how important teachers (and other educators) are in the lives of children.  Through poignant stories and hilarious characterizations, Debbie connects with the souls of all who work with students.  Audience members laugh and cry as Debbie reminds them of the value of each and every child in the classroom.

Transfer of Registration by June 1st
Registration may be officially transferred to another participant if completed by June 1st.  email the CAMT office (camt@camtonline.org) with the original registrant’s name and the name, home address, and email address of the person who is taking their place.

Transfer of Registration after June 1st
After June 1st, a participant may use another participant’s registration materials by obtaining the mailed name tag from the original participant.  CAMT does not have to be notified of the exchange.  TCTM membership will remain with the original registrant unless TCTM is notified of the change.  The participant attending CAMT will receive CPE credit.  Once name tags have been mailed (June 2nd), the original name tag must be used or turned in to the registration desk for the transfer to take place.
