Registration for CAMT 2017: Bringing Math into Focus is open through May 1, 2017 for a registration fee of $185. You may register online only until June 1, 2017 and pay a fee of $280. After June 1, 2017, you must register at the conference and pay $280. On-site registration will be held from 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, and 7:00-9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Questions about registration? The CAMT registration fee is waived for those administrators who register for and attend the Administrators Conference. The fee for the Administrators’ Conference is $250 prior to May 1, 2017. After May 1, administrators must contact the CAMT office to save a spot and register at the conference at the cost of $350. Mathematics supervisors and district curriculum directors may register to attend both conferences this year. If you wish to attend both the elementary and secondary administrators’ conferences, the fee is $375 if paid by May 1st. Administrators may register online until June 1, 2017 and pay a fee of $350.
Name badges will be picked up when you arrive at the conference. Badges must be worn to gain admittance to the conference. Program books will be available at the conference. The program book will be posted online by May 30.
CAMT does not accept Purchase Orders. Payment may be made with check, credit card, or cash. Payment must accompany paper registration. Checks should show for whom the payment is being made. Transfer of Registration
Transfer of Registration by May 24, 2017
Registration may be officially transferred to another participant if completed by May 24. Email the CAMT office at email@example.com with the original registrant’s name along with the name, home address, and email address of the person who is taking their place.
Transfer of Registration after May 24, 2017
After May 24, a participant must pick up the original teachers’ name badge at the conference. They may use the original name tag as it is, or take it to the Transfers kiosk to transfer the registration to their name and have a name tag printed.
If you cancel prior to May 1, 2017, half the registration fee will be returned. No refunds will be given after May 1st. Registration can be transferred to another participant at no charge.
