Registration Information

CAMT will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center/Omni Hotel
Advance Registration is now closed.  You may register On Site in Fort Worth with no worry of space.  The cost is $280 per teacher. CAMT does NOT accept Purchase Orders.  Payment must be presented at registration.  On-site registration will be held from 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, and 7:00-9:00 a.m. on Wednesday.  Questions about registration?  Email Debbie at office@camtonline.org or contact us by

The CAMT registration fee is waived for those administrators who register for and attend the Administrators Conference. After May 1, administrators must contact the CAMT Registration Office to save a spot and register at the conference at the cost of $350.  Mathematics supervisors and district curriculum directors may register to attend both conferences this year. The fee to attend both the elementary and secondary administrators’ conferences is $525.

Name Badges must be worn to gain admittance to the conference. Program books will be available at the conference.  The program book will be posted online by June 2.

Payment Info

CAMT does not accept Purchase Orders. Payment may be made with check, credit card, or cash.  Payment must accompany paper registration. Checks should show for whom the payment is being made.

Hotel Reservations

CAMT is NOT making hotel reservations by phone.  You must make your reservation through the links on this website. Anything else is a SCAM.

Transfer of Registration

A participant must go to the badge pickup area at CAMT and pick up the original teacher’s name badge. They may use the original name badge as is, or take it to the Transfers kiosk in Registration to get a new badge.


Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given after May 1st. Registration can be transferred to another participant at no charge.
