Speak at CAMT 2025

CAMT accepts a variety of session types, including hands-on workshops, interactive discussions, panels and featured sessions. Proposals should clearly outline session objectives, format, and expected outcomes.

1. Speakers may not use sessions to sell a product. Speakers who violate this guideline will be escorted from the building. 2. Titles should be short and eye-catching. 3. Descriptions should accurately describe the session and be written in complete, grammatically correct sentences. Descriptions that are too long for the program book will be edited to fit the space allowed. 4. AV equipment - All rooms will be set up with a computer projector, a document camera, a power strip, and a screen. Rooms for 80 and above will also have a mike. Computers will not be provided. Graphing calculators must be requested by speakers through Texas Instruments. 5. Only one speaker per session submitted will have registration waived. This does not include TCTM membership. Each additional speaker must register as a participant and pay the participant registration fee. 6. Speakers are responsible for reading and following the speaker guidelines. 7. Start and end your session at the time listed in the program book. Do not begin your sessions early even if the session is full – this is very confusing to participants and to the program committee. You have the responsibility of presenting for the full amount of time scheduled for your presentation. If you finish early, offer question and answer time. 8. Please make sure home addresses are given for any presenters. CAMT is a volunteer organization. Many calls are made by volunteers after business hours. 9. If you do not receive a mailed confirmation letter about your session by late December, please assume that there is a problem and contact the CAMT office.
